Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
and Important Notes

Seminar Organisation, Execution and Hotel

Seminar Hotel:

Participants in our seminars are important and eminent personalities – often also persons of public interest. Therefore, we disclose the seminar hotel only to participants due to safety considerations.

Seminar Language:

If not stated otherwise, our seminars are conducted in English. The course material also is in English.

The seminar ticket fees include:

  • all training papers and course material
  • country typical lunches
  • country typical warm and cold beverages during the training
  • the traditional “country typical seminar excursion” – let yourself be surprised!

Training Times:

The first training day begins with registration and joint breakfast as of 8:30 am. The training itself begins on the first day at 9:30 am. The training times for the following days are collectively arranged by participants and trainer. At the same time, this is the first intercultural exercise. The final training day usually ends around 4:00 pm.

Dress Code during Training:

Casual Business.

Travel Organisation and Hotel Reservation:

The participants are responsible for this themselves.

We recommend organising the travel only after receipt of the seminar invitation. You will receive this at latest 6 weeks before the seminar begins. The seminar hotel is given on the seminar invitation. Usually, you will be given special conditions there upon mentioning the seminar.

Visa and Entry Regulations:

Depending on country and your own country of origin a visa for entry and departure (e.g. Moscow) may be required. Should you require a visa, a tourist visa usually is sufficient. This can be obtained fairly easily and without problems for all seminar locations. Please inform yourself ahead of time which entry regulations are applicable to you personally.
